What the tool and this site do with data now. They are facts, not a policy.
- Projects
- Projects live in your company’s account. They save as you work, are there on every machine you sign in from, and the last 25 backups can be restored.
- Error reports
- When the tool hits an error, it sends an anonymous report: the error, where it happened and the version. No project data is sent.
- Share 3D links
- A shared 3D tour shows one area. Links expire after 90 days by default, and you can revoke one sooner.
- Access requests
- The company details you send to request access go to the team for review.
- This website
- The theme you pick and a guestbook signature are kept in your browser’s storage. They are not sent anywhere, and the MCP notify field sends nothing either.
