A status page is in preparation.
There is no live status feed for Lyra yet, so this page cannot tell you whether a service is up right now. It shows what each part depends on, and what to do when something seems down.

Five parts, and what each one needs.
Web app
No live status yetRuns in your browser and is served by the portal. It needs a connection and a signed-in account; the catalogue and the layout solver answer from the server.
Sign-in and accounts
No live status yetThe portal signs you in, for the web app, the Windows app and the downloads.
Windows app
No live status yetKeeps working offline for up to 7 days. While online, it renews its licence every hour and checks for updates.
Downloads and updates
No live status yetInstallers come from the portal’s download page for signed-in accounts. Installed copies update themselves.
Share 3D links
No live status yetOpen one area in 3D on the client’s phone. A link lasts 90 days by default, and can be revoked sooner.

It will not show a green light it cannot check. Until a live status page exists, nothing here is a measurement.
if something seems down
Something seems down? Work through this list.
- Check your own connectionOpen another website. If nothing loads, the problem is closer to you than to the portal.
- Reload, then sign in againReload the tool. If it asks, sign in to the portal again.
- Keep a copy of your workIn the tool, Project, then Save project file, keeps an editable copy on your computer that you can find again.
- Switch to the Windows appIf it is installed and signed in, it keeps working offline for up to 7 days and syncs your projects when it reconnects.
- Tell the teamSay what you were doing, when, and what you saw. Errors in the tool already send an anonymous report, without project data.
