Questions about the lessons.

Do I need an account to watch?

No. The lessons play on this site for anyone, with nothing to sign in to.

To follow along in the tool, request access: approved companies get a 15-day trial with no card. Dealers already have the tools in their portal.

Where should I start?

With lesson 01: it shows the workspace the other lessons build on. Then lesson 02 if you design audio, or lesson 04 for Wi-Fi, CCTV, video and control.

Lesson 03 is for when the design becomes a system: zones and amplifiers, the rack, the wiring, the reports and the handover.

Which version of the tool do the lessons show?

Version 2.0.0, the new workspace. The lessons were recorded on 19 October 2026, working through the sample café that ships with the tool.

Are there captions and a transcript?

Yes. Every lesson has English captions in the player, and its page carries the full narration, split by key moment, so you can read or search it instead of watching.

Can I watch them inside the tool?
