My report is missing or has the wrong introduction
A report is missing a section, an area or the right introduction. Check the package and sections, read the pages in the preview, then download the right file.

A report has no Wi-Fi section, an area you expected is missing, or the introduction is written for a café when the job is a villa. The fix is in the report workspace: what you select there is exactly what you get.
Check these, in order
- Check the package. Open Export → Prepare reports. Select the reports you need, and review the project scope listed for them.
- Review the document. Choose a neutral or a venue-specific introduction, then generate a preview. Use Contents or the Section menu to inspect the drawings, the schedules and the introduction. Expand preview and Fit width give you a closer look.
- Download the right file. Choose Download PDF. For separate reports, use the document tabs and download each PDF in turn. If the preview cannot show inside the page, choose Open preview.
What you should see
The preview shows every section you selected, with the introduction you chose. Nothing is saved until you download, so you can change a setting and check again as often as you need.
Still not right?
- An area has no page. An area with no speakers, access points or cameras gets no page in the audio, network or CCTV reports, so a traced corridor never pads the document. Place the devices, then preview again.
- The wrong names on the cover. The project name, the client, the date and the revision come from Project → Project details. Set them, then preview again.
- No connections in the wiring report. Build or update the wiring diagram first. See Read and export the wiring.
- Prices are missing. Reports carry technical schedules, not prices: prices belong to the client proposal. See Build the client proposal and price the job.
