Subscription and billing
What the Professional subscription costs and includes, how the yearly invoice works with no card checkout, and how renewal, VAT, currency and own products work.

One subscription covers the whole company, not a seat, and it is invoiced once a year. There is no card checkout: you request the subscription, we send an invoice, and paying it activates a year of access.

Subscribe
- Start with the trial: approved companies get 15 days, with no card. See Get access and start a trial.
- Request the subscription from your account.
- We send an invoice for the year.
- Pay the invoice. Paying it activates a year of access for your company.
Renewal
We email you before the subscription ends, so there is time to renew without a gap. The Windows app checks your licence whenever it is online; when a subscription ends, the licence is no longer renewed.
Adding your own products
Your own products and price lists, a brand book imported as CSV or models added by hand, are switched on per account for paid subscriptions, on request. They are not part of the trial.

Dealers have the design tools in their dealer portal, with Premium earned through order volume. See For dealers.
